• studying the Effective Altruism community and the Less Wrong community

• went to a workshop at the Center for Applied Rationality (CFAR)

Ideas on how to use my skills and knowledge in these areas to meet some need.

Like many startups a need can sometimes also come from the founder. There is a lot of advice but few designed ways to more effectively learn and apply these kinds of skills.

January 2020

Began bringing together everything I'd explored to design prototypes so I could research through design.

Focused on matchmaking and exploring ideas for a hub for practicing rationality.

Made a prototype in Elm with Django server with PostgresQL database with GraphQL interface.

January 2021

Took the lessons from the first prototype to make a new one. Focus on utility desktop app, initially singleplayer, make your application of rationality tools more reliable behavior.
